Canada’s Start-up Visa Program targets immigrant entrepreneurs with the skills and potential to build businesses in Canada that:
- Are innovative
- Can create jobs for Canadians
- Can compete on a global scale
To be eligible for the Start-up Visa Program, you must:
have a qualifying business get a letter of support from a designated organization.
The minimum language requirements are CLB 5 in either English or French for each of the four language skill areas bring enough money to settle.
Jiauddin Immigration works to link the applicant to designated organizations such as venture capital funds, angel investors group and business incubators to help establish the applicant’s start-up business. Once the business venture or idea is supported by a designated organization, they will provide the applicant with a letter of support.The designated organization will also send a commitment certificate directly to IRCC. Both the letter of support and the commitment certificate are used to assess the application. Successful applicants under this program will be granted their Canadian permanent residency.
